About Occlusion Training

- Research shows that occlusion, also know as BFR (blood flow resistance) training can be a safe and effective way of increasing muscle strength and size.

- This type of training is for your legs and arms only! No other areas can be trained this way.

-People who are recovering from injuries also benefit from occlusion training. Since they are limited to the amount of weights they can use, the bands provide the support that they need as if they were using weights.

For Booty Growth:

-During an occlusion training session,  the Blood Flow Restriction will cause the muscles to pump and cells will really swell! Being the largest muscle in the human body, the glutes can handle a decent workload so don't worry about doing too much

-Choose exercises that are great for the glutes, examples include:  squats, lunges, and hip thrusts. Do higher reps to get maximum benefits and the blood flow restriction would enhance the muscle strength around your gluteus maximus and give you a well-defined booty with consistent occlusion training.
